What are the shipping rates?

-Economy, $5- processing will be within 24-48 hours of purchase M-Th and shipping will be 5-7 business days. However, if you live locally to us it will be more like 1-3 business days.

-Standard, $8- processing will be within 24 hours of purchase M-Th and shipping will take 2-3 business days. Same shipping estimate applies for local shipments as Economy.

-Express, $20- processing of orders will be same day you place your order *but orders must be placed before 2 pm.* Shipping will be within 1-2 days.

*Orders placed after 12 pm on Fridays will be processed the following Monday.*

Local Pickup

We now offer local pickup for all Lubbock residents or those who are able to pick up in Lubbock! Just choose our Pickup option at checkout and you will be emailed once your order is ready!

Local Pickup Directions & Times

After your order is ready, you will receive an email letting you know. In that email will also be instructions for picking up along with the pickup location. We have a bin to set the orders in and you will simply find the package with your name on it. Please keep in mind that there will be constant surveillance of this bin.

Returns & Exchanges

What is the return policy?

You may return any item for store credit only up to 14 business days after the delivery date. Once the 2 week mark has passed, the item is considered final sale and will not be accepted for store credit.

Exchanges can be made with store credit. You may identify what you'd like to exchange your item(s) for in your Contact Form. See more information on this under our Return Instructions tab below.

Are there any conditions for returns?

All returns must be unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition they were delivered. Any items sent back in the following condition will not receive full credit:

  • Any and all stains including deodorant, makeup, and self tanner.
  • Any unnatural scents including body odor, cigarettes, or perfume.
  • Fabric snags, tears, or holes.

If your item(s) do not meet our standards for return, you will be subject to receiving up to a 50% deduction in the store credit. We will provide the reasoning for your store credit deduction in an email with the remaining store credit attached via E-Giftcard. The deduction will be based on the level of damage and will contribute to our restocking of the item(s) or in having to replace the item(s) if the damages are irreversible.

We want you to enjoy your time and experience with us, but as a small business we cannot afford to accept damaged and compromised items for full credit. Thank you for your understanding!

Return Instructions

Kindly fill out a Return Request on our Contact us page before shipping or dropping off your items.

You must include the packing slip along with the item you are wanting to send back. Shipping costs will be solely at the expense of the customer. Please address the return to the same address on the original package.

Once we receive your return, please allow 5-7 business days to process. Once processed, your store credit will be emailed to you via E-Giftcard.

Are refunds offered?

We do not offer refunds for any items regular price or final sale.

The only way to be considered for a refund is if you file a damage claim within 72 hours of your package being delivered. Please see more instructions on this in the Damaged Items tab below.

Damaged Items

Damaged items must be claimed via email within 72 hours of receiving your order. You must send pictures of the damage along with your order number.

If and when your damage claim is approved, you will follow the return instructions listed above. Shipping costs will still be solely at the expensive of the customer.
